Tom Helmkampf Establishes Helmkampf Construction

St. Louis-Based Firm Offers Construction Consulting, Owner’s Representative, and Real Estate Development

ST. LOUIS, MO (January 1, 2024) – I want to take a moment to make you aware of my new venture.

On January 1, 2024, I started Helmkampf Construction Services, LLC also doing business as Helmkampf Construction.

As you know, I have been President of MCS for the last 11 years, and Helmkampf Construction for over 20 years prior to that.

I have decided to take my over 30 years of Construction experience and use it to assist clients who are unfamiliar with construction, project management, and development.

I will be providing Construction Consulting and Owners Representation Services.  In addition, I will be looking for Development or Redevelopment opportunities for investment.

I am excited about this new venture, and I look forward to bringing my toolbox of knowledge, experience, sub-contractors and suppliers to my clients.
