Tom Helmkampf bought this 1-acre site in Olivette which at the time had a 2-story frame farmhouse in the Northeast corner of the property.   After closing on the property Tom used the old farmhouse as his office space as he planned the redevelopment of the site, Tom assembled a team of Architects, Engineers, and Design-Build Subcontractors to complete the design for a modern 2 story office building on the site.  Tom made the presentations for the project through Planning & Zoning and Architectural Review in the City of Olivette, Missouri.

Upon approval of all plans Tom built the new building behind the existing Farmhouse/office, then moved his operation into the new building.  Once the move was complete, the farmhouse was torn down and the sitework in the area of the farmhouse was completed.
